Marvelous!!!

(OOC:this is a marvel universe RP. please do not use real characters in the rp. This is related to Marvel in setting only. Make up your own hero/villian and choose your powers. Do not overpower yourself. Feel free to be good or evil. I will act as a semi GM for this thread....)

Korto sped down the street passing cars in half a second. He quickly stopped by a store and stole fifteen mountain dews. He hated stealing but he had kept the store from getting robbed last month and they technically owed him. Plus for the speed he was going he had to keep his energy up. He couldn't maintain speeds over mach 4 without constant refueling.... plus it probably had something to do with his sixteen year old body having cravings.

He had broken the sound barrier about five hundred miles ago.

The reason he was using his super speed power like this was so he could make it to new york. He had recently activated his powers and had been the only super powered person around. But he saw on the news that a villain was trashing new york and this villain demonstrated some sort of power. So Korto had taken upon himself to stop him.
Korto had to rob another store again. Sorry, so sorry.....but taking a few candy bars is nothing compared to stopping this guy. No telling how many people he's killed. As he ran his pure black costumed that covered his entire body left a black streak that would blind the drivers that he passed for half a nano second.

((Someone either be the villain, be a hero who was already there or some how do something that would catch my attention.))

(OOC: If we can't pretend to be an existent hero I think I'll make my character more towards the TV show Heroes. Also Korto please remember to post in the other RPGs, I don't want to see the star wars ones die all the sudden)

Gwazi was 15 years old and had one ability so far, he could control time and space meaning he could freeze time when he wanted to, go to the future or the past and teleport anywhere he wanted. But he had this power all of his life, his mother also had this ability but he was killed one day by brain cancer. But according to his parents he had been born without any powers and over the years as he spent time with his mother his ability grew more powerful.

But recently he met a friend named Zane who was inhuman speed and strength, and when he was near him Gwazi to had those abilites but once Zane left Gwazi lost that power. It was almost as if he was draining the excess power from his ability off him in order to replicate it's effects. But for now he knew of a major crime happening in town and teleported over there to stop it.

(OOC: Yeah, Zane dosen't really change except he dosen't crave human flesh)

Bullets were bouncing of Glan's skin. This was because of a accident in a factory. He had fallen in a tub of toxic waste. He was able to adsorb energy that is applied to his body and channel it through his sword or his reflexes. Another side effect of the 'accident' was that his skin turned blue and his eyes now 'glowed' red.

The Army was after him for stealing an experimental rail gun. Glan had stolen this to improve it and sell handheld ones on the black market. Glan was an inventor before the 'accident,' then he became unstoppable and he turned evil.

(Glan I'm assuming your the NYC villian)
Korto skidded to a stop as he saw a squad of military men run by. This was a lot worse than the news had shown. He ran to a store and refueled. He then followed one of the trail of bullets until he saw a blue man with bullets bouncing off his skin.

Of course this is how they deal with a unknown threat. Send in the military! If only they knew about me!

Korto thought this as he sped in and deleivered a super powerful punch right into the blue mans gut. He figure if bulletes didn't kill him this would either....it just hurt alot....

((I'm not sure how strong your power is Glan, but relistically you should at least feel the hit. The next few hits you'd probably absorb.... This next part only happens if the hit was hard enough to knock your breath away and leave you gasping for a bit.))

After Kort hit The blue man he started to taunt a little.

"Hey blue man! Of course the first super powered guy I meet would be evil! Now stop unless you want me to hit you harder than that, excpet in that ugly face of yours, get on you knees, and wait for these trigger happy people to arrest you!"

Gwazi showed up to see another man who appeared to have abilites punch the villian who seemed to have abilites as well in the gut. This was insane but he knew how to stop it.
He teleported right behind the blue man and said "That's it your out of here". He grabbed each of their shoulders and shut his eyes, the three teleported away into a forest far off. He let go of them both and said "There, were away from public eyes and civilians, the perfect place for us to sort this out". He then stood beside Korto and said "Let's bring him down".

Before the blue man could react to Korto telling him to surrender, Another man appeared out of nowhere and touched Korto."What the-"
The next thing he knew he was in a forest. His natural sense of direction, that came with the power, told him he was somewhere up north.
He quickly took a super fast step back and looked around then focused on the guy who brought him here
"Who are you why did you-"

"There, were away from public eyes and civilians, the perfect place for us to sort this out". He then stood beside Korto and added "Let's bring him down".

Another one? Well at least he seems good....
Korto nodded to his new sidekick ((OOC: )) and got ready to fight.
The man had telelported them so fast he hadn't gotten a chance to see the blue mans reaction to his punch.

(OOC: You do know if Gwazi is around you he has your abilites on top of his own and if he spends enough time near you he has is permanetly right?)

((OOC:Peter!!! AKA yeah I do......but don't over power your self. Remember Hiro was the strongest one, thats why the writers kept busy with stupid missions. Maybe make it where if you use on power to much you get weaker in the other or something....but either way I trust your judgment. ))

(OOC: Yeah, I had to hold back from teleporting Glan in the middle of the clouds and then teleporting without before hitting anything! XD

But it does take some time however and there are ways to lose abilites, like say memory loss, brain cancer etc...)
